We want you to be completely satisfied with your Therabody purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all unworn and unwashed apparel. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Package Your Items
Place the items in their original protective packaging and securely attach the return shipping label to the outside of the box.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
